CurrentBe and advocate of delivering the production scheduleCommunicates production plan to plant staff and operations. Lead the S&OE meetings and be the key focal point for Product Managers for all production decisions. Serves as the M&E validation point for all Capacity Demand Charts annually, working with Tech Center & Supply Chain.Works with the Business Production Planning, Schedule Execution, and Production Teams to define plant operating capabilities and optimize the annual production schedule. Determines shutdown timing with applicable roles from Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations, Maintenance and other service providers, and ensures shutdowns are properly planned and executed through various department teams. Tracks TA execution and status. Promptly communicates TA extending past RTO to the scheduler. Site knowledge & Impact
