Preparing technical information used to plan projects,Preparing plans using ArchiCAD,Preparing applications for approval by local authorities,Develop specifications for construction work,Giving technical advice to the project team,Visiting sites to check on progress,Overseeing of projects from start to finish.In addition to this I'll also be responsible for:Assessing client requirements,Drawing up a project brief and programme of work,Carrying out risk assessments of design plans,Helping to manage contract bids and tenders,Providing advice to clients and the construction team,Managing and co-ordinating the work of the design team.
