Direct management of all labour utilisation and payment authorization. Managed all employee disciplinary and training programs, safety (as well as OHS programs), and continuous improvement projects.• Strong leadership of all floor staff to provide a positive working environment and strong working culture.• Hands on approach to any issues that arise, regardless of the significance.Achievements• Rolled out an incentive rewards system for waged staff employees. Engagement levels saw a positive increase after employees felt that they could really control their incentives and rewards for the work that they do.• Set up the business from the ground up.
