- Stood up the Centre of Excellence (CoE) as the central knowledge repository containing a wealth of DevOps related resources. - Develop a scalable learning strategy in place to drive the adoption of DevOps practice at an enterprise level. - Deliver a set of learning deliverables including tool-based / processed-based learning and for using the Enterprise Delivery Pipeline including lunch & learns, micro-learning pieces, and other set learning courses. - Work closely with the project teams, and end users to understand critical learning gaps necessary to accelerate adoption. - Work closely with third party vendors to evaluate learning opportunities

- Handle ongoing administration and maintenance of Global Wealth product's infrastructure, and delivery pipeline to reduce time to market deployments- Worked alongside with the product team to standardize application configurations across multiple environments using configuration management tools- Optimize, managed, configured build and deployment process, and release management using continuous integration and build management tools- Manage and standardize a wide range of third party tools and services as well as conducting proof of concepts to adopt new tools. - Serve as a conduit with the product support team to improve overall system readiness

- Provide deep analysis for business needs to the breakdown of requirements through the use of use cases, and user stories- Document usage scenarios (flow diagrams), and business requirements as we as system level requirements for application- Review wireframes to ensure that presentations requirements are captured at the use case basis.
