A Vice President in the oil and gas industry with over 30 years experience in capital projects and operations. This has involved working across the complete integrated gas chain both in the UK and internationally. Led the QCLNG LNG plant team in Houston from concept selection right through to detailed engineering delivering the first LNG plant in the world to be supplied from coal bed methane.Has deep knowledge of LNG Mega Project development through all the phases of project deveopment. This experience was gained from setting up the BG LNG Centre of Excellence and leading all aspects of LNG project development in Australia, Canada, Qatar, Tanzania and the USA.This LNG experience is across the capital project development process from Concept Selection, through Pre-FEED, FEED, FID and up to 50% complete in the Execution phase. This includes detailed experience of both APCI and CoP Cascade LNG technologies on mega projects with a capital range of $8bn to $18bn.
