I saw that there was a need for a small Video Duplication Company as I realized that my friends and fellow distributors were not getting their product out to the stores on time. This was crucial to my idea of getting into this type of business. Coordinated the sales team of six and structured new store openers for customers. Also, I represented the Major Studios for New Movie Titles sales that were distributed to the retail stores through this Company. We were the One Stop Shop for all Video store needs.

As the craze had started in the opening of Video Stores, I opened my first retail store in Ile Perrot, Quebec and later, 2 more for a total of three in the region. I had about 18 employees and sales were consistent with the market in those days. I sold all three stores by the end of 1988 and was offered a position as sales Manager with one of my suppliers
