Current• Safety, Quality and Environmental (SQE) systems development and implementation to improve business processes and comply with ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2008 • Development and implementation of procedures and processes, including risk assessments, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). • Development and delivery of project or site-specific safety systems. • Development of project specific quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans/Checklists.• HSEQ auditing, coaching and mentoring in the field or office environment. • Incident Investigation, specialising in TAPROOT© Methodology. • Project compliance reviews and reporting. • Risk Management analysis in the field and office. • Identification and development HSQE improvement strategies for business. • Provide advice, support and leadership to business owners and managers.
