Established BearingPoint’s Public Service Financial Management Solution practice, specializing in federal financial management, internal control over financial reporting, enterprise risk and compliance, budget and performance integration, activity based cost and management accounting and shared services

Began employment as the project lead on designing and developing a governmental financial management system, including general ledger, cost allocation, time distribution and budget modules. Once the system was developed, progressed to project manager in charge of implementing the completed application at three state level agencies. Each system implementation was successfully completed on schedule and within budget.
