In addition to R&D work I was also responsible for production, test and inspection. This included supervising and training the production staff, designing and building test equipment, organising and maintaining production and development documentation, quality assurance, site and product safety. I also managed the customer services department including diagnosing and repairing faulty and damaged equipment.
