• Utilizing the Extreme Programming (XP) agile software development methodology I successfully implemented US Army Materiel Command (AMC) Logistics Support Activity's (LOGSA) first web based thin client version of the Logistics Integrated Database (LIDB).• I successfully organized, recruited, and mentored a Team of developers who practiced the XP software development methodology. My use of XP is one of the first known usages within a DOD environment. I studied XP under the guidance of the creators of XP, Kent Beck and Martin Fowler. My team was featured on the front page of the Huntsville Times' Business section (August 22, 2001 issue).• CST acquired by SAIC

• Project lead of the MEARS (Multi-User Engineering Change Proposal Automated Review System) project. MEARS was a suite of web-based JAVA Applications and Applets that allowed for the creation, review, and disposition of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
