Provides support to the seventeen police departments in Dauphin County. Provides leadership, stress management and other trainings, gives emotional and spiritual support to police officers and their families, performs trauma debriefings, responds to critical incidents and officer involved shootings for all of the departments in the County and the County Crisis Response Team, and provides informal peer counseling services.

Formulated and led full-orbed ministry to men including counseling, mentoring, small groups, regional events, discipleship, leadership development and training. Served as an associate attorney in the medical malpractice defense area. Provided advice to hospitals and health care providers. Developed witness preparation program for physicians.
