Manage project activities related to ICAT (Information, Communication & Automation Technology) and MIS (Managed ICAT Services) for the new Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital (CVH)

Responsible for building out and maintaining a sustainable IT Asset Management capability for all ICAT equipment/services. Managing IT Assets throughout the lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.

Responsible for operating an effective and efficient procurement function. Will optimize procurement processes and ensure effective controls are in place, supporting corporate strategy and business operations.

• Reconciliation of transactions by comparing and correcting data• Reviewing and finalization of assets, generating monthly reports for management• Capitalization of assets and depreciation of monthly assets – Note: asset maintenance in this position has grown 1368% during tenure with company• Train employees on receiving and transfer of inventory for accountability and accuracy purposes• Lead and direct in year-end inventory counts• Assist yearly audits (year-end report and supported external auditors)• Management of accounts payable, processing of invoices

• Manage end to end purchase requisitions process from creation, to inception and to receiving• Communicate with external vendors during pricing negotiations, lead times and shipping• Forecasting, scheduling, ordering, tracking, and monitoring of purchase orders with respect to Project Management’s target schedules and Engineering’s bill of materials• Conduct cost analysis reports while improving procurement processes, procedures and policies• Decreasing procurement costs by 5%• Introduced inventory level thresholds to ensure last minute bill of material changes are met• Development of process documentations in accordance to MRP system
