I have been an IT Support Technician for almost 13 years now, developing and maintaining IT infrastructures from small business to a medium sized business. I have managed many IT projects ranging from software upgrades, network infrastructure changes to setting up education training IT suites.I am currently looking after 3 client sites with around 100 desktop clients, I'm in charge of everything from emails, security, backup systems, server administration and installation. I maintain and deal with all SLA's for hardware and software and give first and second line support to all users. I also deliver IT training to young people, this can range from software development to hardware installation. All training is IT based and caters around what is required of our learners current needs within the IT sector.I am always keen to expand my knowledge within the IT sector and as a teacher I feel its key to success in IT to always keep developing your skills and knowledge. Always looking for new challenges and to progress, working within a team is something I enjoy and thrive on and helping others to succeed helps me to succeed.
