My work has taken me from small manufacturers, through to global investments banks, including mining corporations and software houses. Each role has come with its own challenges and rewards, no two days have been the same and there have been plenty of surprises on the way. Witnessing the cultural changes from working in several European capitals, Singapore and now Adelaide have deepened my understanding of my own approaches to managing performance and achieving that value add which we all strive for. Experiences over the years include a myriad of task and projects, including system implementations, corporate restructures, building teams up and winding them down and incorporating new acquisitions whilst selling off the old ones. My current passion is in developing financial strategy to deliver value to each and every stakeholder.
