Senior Director, Programs & Registrations:-Reports directly to Senior Vice President, Administration, Chief of Staff, Division of Human Resources, Administration. Position served as a leadership coach partnering in support of senior management and was responsible for design, delivery and effective performance organizationally with the ultimate goal of management /employee development. •Subject matter expert to the MTA in areas of Training, Tuition Reimbursement and Special Programs. •Responsible for insuring the integrity, maintenance and data management of the training database for all NYC Transit (55,000) employees. •Manages and directs staff in centralized registration process, implementation of Peoplesoft tracking system and providing professional support to the departmental training liaisons and information services, professional development, and distance learning staffs. •Serves as module owner for Training Administration Module and coordinates issues relating to Peoplesoft with IT project teams. •Responsible for scheduling of all internal and external training inclusive of room assignment, obtaining outside facility requirements and set up, and delivery. •Liaison to the Citywide Training Center and the National Transit Institute. Serves as liaison with MTA in scheduling and tracking Transit employees in their organizational development and information services training programs. •Duties include producing and analyzing reports for the purpose of providing current and historical information useful in tracking, safety, compliance and budgetary issues. •Other duties include the coordination of the Employee Suggestion Program including marketing, forms and information and guidance for liaisons and evaluators culminating in an annual awards ceremony. This program has generated savings exceeding 18 million dollars over the past ten years.•Oversees development of the Mentoring, Employee Suggestion and Tuition Reimbursement Programs.
