Spending 7 months on secondment in central London, taking control of the biggest Lettings office in the group to stabilise and improve sales performance.

Joining the group to support 3 property sales offices, managing transition of the business after Covid lockdown.

Promoted to Business Manager in May 2018, responsible for the management and control of the sales process through regular coaching, face-to-face customer interaction and leadership of the Sales Team. Ensuring the complete sales experience is delivered to every customer with a particular focus on finance and insurance whilst optimising enquiry management. Fully responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly 1-2-1's with my team to identify both business opportunities and training needs.
