Flag out Bad Paymaster; pay attention to customers payment history on their bills. Perform background check before acquiring large customers, collect sufficient deposits for customers with higher default risks, or propose prepayment solutions.Create templates, reports for manual billing, in a start-up environment to record contracts, invoices, payment details. Conduct EMC/MSSL reconciliation and present the settlement differences recorded between prelim and final data.Create Proforma invoice in excel by downloading prelim data from EMC and calculating charges such as USEP & HEUC, Vesting, EMC, PSO etc.  Participate as a process committee for the inhouse CRM system. Provide solutions on key features, UAT scenarios etc. Provide recommendation on invoicing, BG collection, Metering arrangements for Master-meter accounts. Ensure Landlords and their respective tenants are not over/under billed and perform adjustments immediately should such situation occur.Provide consumption and billing reports to key account customers in a timely manner. Work with Finance and Credit Management team closely to ensure the data accuracy presented in the report.Monitor EMC BG risk exposure for the group – ensure risk is within safe limit. Write to management for BG top-up in the event of USEP spike or other factors.

Preschedule billing batch job and resolve billing related issues from all aspect (invoicing – collection).Handle multiple key customers account (landlord-tenant) independently within prescheduled billing dateline. Report to superior actively on account status and the support needed.Handle billing reconciliation after all scheduled billing batch job.
