GKC, Inc. is a full service remodeler and custom homebuilder specializing in insurance restoration. We are also a full service remodeling service provider for 11 Home Depot stores which focuses primarily on kitchen and bath cabinet installations in the Birmingham and surrounding areas, which is the division I manage.

Branded and developed the ultimate neighborhood restaurant combining a fresh ingredient menu and casual environment to facilitate a local flavor and a friendly community hangout. Mudtown was known for its clever menu and original creations that received many "The Best" awards in the local and more reputable community periodicals. The company is now in the hands of an owner who has continued its growth as a model for his latest opening of an additional concept in a different location.

This company was developed to recover a struggling local tanning and skin care facility that I operated and oversaw for almost 9 years. Linderman Company Inc. also served as a parent organization for residential and commercial real estate development throughout Birmingham. Although most developments were small in stature, it combined by construction background and passion for building new ideas into profitable ventures.

I was responsible for opening and operating the Birmingham Sales division which provided Medical and Dental facilities of all Disciplines with all paper filing supplies, shelving systems, office furniture and anything else related to the organization and systems management of the customer. This launched my sales experience to new levels as well as exposing me to the medical markets in the Birmingham area, which later proved helpful in the catering world of the restaurant I later opened in 2004.
