Managing a team of instructional officers in 5 prison workshops employing prisoners in various production and learning processes including textile production and assembly/packing (some for the private sector) and a course in health and safety. Assistant to the Industrial Manager. Line Manager to 8 middle managers and countersigning officer for 30 Instructional Officers and Officer Instructors. Managing 8 industrial workshops (Steel Fabrication, Machine Shop, Textiles Shops, Tailors Shop and assembly for prisoners with difficulties) producing goods and products for internal and private sectors..

Hmyoi Stoke Heath

Instructing and managing young male offenders (16 - 21 ages) in engineering assembly work (i.e. producing braked 4 wheel trolleys, security grills, doors and gates) followed by training young offenders in fabrication and welding in a production environment. Maintaining discipline of 12 young offenders on my section and assisting in maintaining discipline.

Fabricating high quality, high tolerance products for general and mainly for the electronic generating companies (i.e. transformer tanks of approx 30 tons (300 tons when fully filled), large marine gearbox cases.
