Gary Lubner is the former CEO of Belron, the world’s leading automotive glass brand and parent company of Autoglass, Carglass, and Safelite, which operates in 38 countries. Following his retirement in 2023, Gary continues to sit on Belron’s board.Prior to joining Belron, Gary held a number of roles at PG Group in South Africa.Now, Gary dedicates his time to his philanthropic work, particularly through the This Day Foundation, which he was inspired to set up by his children, as well as the board positions he holds across several worthy charities. He is passionate about helping to create a fairer world, where all young people can grow up with access to opportunity.
