As the Senior Director APAC and Greater China General Manager at ELATEC, I lead the sales and business development of RFID and IT solutions across the region. With over 15 years of experience in sales management, business strategy, and IT solutions, I have successfully established and grown ELATEC's presence and customer base in Asia Pacific, delivering innovative and customized solutions for various industries and applications. Previously, I was the Head of Sales and Business Development at SCHMIDT-iSOFT LIMITED, and the Director of China South, Hong Kong, and Taiwan at Honeywell HSM Vocollect Solutions, where I managed and expanded the sales and distribution channels, and drove the adoption and implementation of voice-based solutions. I hold an MBA from the University of Sunderland, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. I am fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. I am passionate about creating value for customers and stakeholders, and fostering long-term relationships and partnerships.
