CurrentFollowing graduation at Northeastern Illinois University, I worked as a real estate consultant for various national corporations, fulfilling their various real estate needs and providing me with excellent exposure to real estate economics. In 1983, I joined Rubloff, Inc., and through 1989 worked as a senior commercial real estate broker specializing in representing corporations in the construction, lease, or acquisition of office facilities and building representation in the leasing of office space.From 1989 to 1996, I was a Senior Vice President with Mesirow Realty Brokerage, a division of Mesirow Financial. I provided commercial real estate brokerage and consulting services to corporations and various institutions in the lease, sale and build-to-suit realm of industrial and office real estate.Since 1997, I continue to provide extensive real estates to major corporations nationwide at the Executive Managing Director and Principal of GVA Chicago, as well as being an active retail/office/industrial developer.In 2011, GVA Chicago was merged with Camins Tomasz Kritt, and I remain a remain a principal in the new, larger firm of CTK Chicago Partners.
