Responsible overall factory activities, including EHS, Production, Quality control, E&M and Logistics: -  1. Plan (PMC), organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers’ expectations and ensure on-time in full of good quality delivery. 2. Increase productivity, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards through Lean manufacturing operation by improving OEE, TPM & maintain 5S. 3. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction to the team. 4. Influence and learn from below and develop high potential labor force. 5. Ensure adherence to the ISO9000, ISO14000 & ISO2200 practice and comply with customers audit annually. 6. Identified improvement areas and maintain good relationship within all departments of different production units. 7. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets. 8. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts. 9. Manage and Keep track with Logistics operation from sales order to finished goods delivery to finial customer.  10. Dealing and maintain good relationship with local China Government personnel related to Safety operation comply with local China Law.

• Manage and lead an effective and cohesive shipping team.• Lead, develop and motivate direct reports ensuring continuous improvement through regular team sessions, creating a positive environment with clear communication channels.• Manage the mainland China Logistics team• Responsible for all internal & external Logistics activities, Safety license and daily delivery operation.• Monitoring of production schedules from factories and vessel carriers to ensure complete on-time shipments.• Arrangement of training courses for internal staff regarding the logistical flow of information within the group.

• Manage and lead shipping section in such a way the all deliveries will be made within acceptable timeframe.• Keep track and monitor of delivery and Logistics handled by suppliers and freight forwarders.• Manage and follow up on orders from various customers and monitor the production schedule• Liaising with supplier, banker, forwarder for all Logistics activities.• Preparation of monthly reports to VP of Global Souring to highlight the efficiencies and past and potential future issues.• Performance tracking of freight carries Logistics activities.
