Plan (PMC), organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers’ expectations and ensure on-time in full of good quality delivery. 2. Increase productivity, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards through Lean manufacturing operation by improving OEE, TPM & maintain 5S. 3. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts. 9. Manage and Keep track with Logistics operation from sales order to finished goods delivery to finial customer.  10. Dealing and maintain good relationship with local China Government personnel related to Safety operation comply with local China Law.

• Manage and lead an effective and cohesive shipping team.• Lead, develop and motivate direct reports ensuring continuous improvement through regular team sessions, creating a positive environment with clear communication channels.• Manage the mainland China Logistics team• Responsible for all internal & external Logistics activities, Safety license and daily delivery operation.• Monitoring of production schedules from factories and vessel carriers to ensure complete on-time shipments.• Arrangement of training courses for internal staff regarding the logistical flow of information within the group.
