Arrived on the contract with a backlog of 400 jobs which me and my assistant managed to clear in my term. I managed to visit and get my bearings at nearly all my sites keeping a good working relationship with our customers. Processes were implemented to manage the workflow which was an incredible success as we were able to hit the 50k target each month. Encountered some unbelievable circumstances in the mental health wards at Highgate providing me with a few late night stories.
