Asset Manager
Current• Perform asset management functions under the direction of the ATR End User Services Manager. Utilize ServiceNow Service Management to track all IT assets in accordance with ATR policies. Tracked assets include computers, laptops, iPhones, iPads, flash drives, tablets, Wi-Fi endpoints, servers, switches, routers, and other IT related equipment. • Provide daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports to upper level management and clients regarding all ATR-DOJ assets deployed and in storage, ATR employee EOD’s and Separations, as well as recommendations to improve related workflow and processes for asset, licensing, and inventory management. Responsible for obtaining the ATR Personal Custody Property Receipt for the deployment of all data sensitive devices. Coordinate with the Anti-Trust Division’s New York, Chicago and San Francisco’s Field Offices on asset installation and movement, offsite end user secured shipping, network refreshes and with third party maintenance vendors for any repairs required at the offices. • Track software licenses and hardware maintenance agreements, provide ATR property custodians and management staff with information regarding agreement expirations. Reconcile existing inventory with awarded maintenance contracts, with the goal of ensuring that all equipment is covered by maintenance contracts, and that contracts are not maintained for equipment no longer in use. Maintain assets for proper functionality, provide second level investigation of hardware failure and contact third party vendors when repair or replacement is needed.• Track stock levels of various expendable supplies (i.e., toner, CDs, USB drives) and advise the government when a reorder point is reached to ensure adequate availability. Provide quarterly RFQ of the number of toner cartridges & maintenance kits needed. Upon delivery of cartridges, reconcile delivered vs ordered, then place in storage.
