Reconcile existing inventory with awarded maintenance contracts, with the goal of ensuring that all equipment is covered by maintenance contracts, and that contracts are not maintained for equipment no longer in use. Maintain assets for proper functionality, provide second level investigation of hardware failure and contact third party vendors when repair or replacement is needed.• Track stock levels of various expendable supplies (i.e., toner, CDs, USB drives) and advise the government when a reorder point is reached to ensure adequate availability. Provide quarterly RFQ of the number of toner cartridges & maintenance kits needed. Upon delivery of cartridges, reconcile delivered vs ordered, then place in storage.
