Recently instrumental in the development of complex and confidential future Missile Warning devices, ensuring UK MOD has the product needed, despite being in minority with regards to numbers purchased comparing that with the USA DoD.Producing, delivering and maintaining the level of support as agreed within Customer Supplier Agreements with Front Line Commands, Internal Business Agreements with individual Platform Project Teams and agreed UOR Business Cases. Taking the lead in the Project to introduce a 5 year UOR CLS contract between MoD and BAE Systems Inc, for the management and support of a new missile warning system recently procured, creating and maintaining Work Packages including Assumption List and Statement of Work whilst acting as the main point of contact for the MoD in liaison with Industry. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert, providing training and Technical Support to Platform PMs developing their knowledge of the system prior to its installation for R&D. Maintaining a close liaison with the USA DoD to enable the development, project plans, discuss future UK requirements in all aspects of software and its changes for future use on the Defensive Systems.Liase with various Project Teams to engage and negotiate project plans on the procurement of several modifications under the UOR procedures at once. Briefing and advising on LEAN implementation within the sections. Whilst in this position was nominated for and awarded several achievements, including the Joint Helicopter Command Personnel Commendation for 2007, for outstanding efforts towards the deployment of the Sea King Mark 4.
