Transitioning from the Marine Corps to a Volunteer Tax return service sparked my passion for computer software, leading me to pursue a degree in Information Systems.Throughout my academic journey, I've honed a diverse range of software skills and earned a minor in data analytics. Specialized certificates in Enterprise Management using SAP and SAS tools further solidified my expertise in the field. Proficient in various software, including Tableau and SAP predictive analytics, I've applied my knowledge to drive impactful results in my role at Mosaic. Currently collaborating with internal stakeholders at Mosaic, I'm dedicated to resolving customer and vendor discrepancies across multiple systems. My responsibilities span planning, inventory accounting, master data management, customer service, and IT coordination, ensuring seamless transactions and operational efficiency. As a subject matter expert in rail potash and phosphate logistics, with additional knowledge of barges and vessel operations, I bring valuable insights to the table.
