• Creation of Test Scripts / Matrixes from Functional/Technical Specifications written by developers and Information Architecture documents produced by ecommerce consultants leading to the execution of test scripts and resulting defect tracking and retesting.• I carry out a number of different methods of testing across multiple browsers and mobile devices. Integration testing with Microsoft AX using an in-house integration engine called Raven. Function, Non Functional Testing and System Testing of individual enhancements and Release Testing of the overall product when being distributed out to customers.• I use a number of automated applications when executing test scripts such as iMacros and Selenium, these applications have enabled me to create a range of automated scripts that can be used when carrying out repetitive testing when doing release testing. I use IE Tester to test the different version of Internet Explorer, to make sure functionality is consistent against all supported browsers.• I am responsible for carrying out release testing on every ecommerce release that is created. This involves testing the new enhancement once they are merged with the main source code and then carrying out end to end testing based on how the customers use their site.• As my knowledge of the Maginus ecommerce product increased I have been a key point of contact for our Operations Manager, Account Managers and Developers. This has helped me improve my communication skills within all levels of the business, which has helped me gather a clear understanding of how my role fits within the department and the importance of hitting my deadlines. • Due to the changing demands of customers I have proven to be very flexible in how I work, it is important to able to switch from project to project to meet the demands that are being asked for by both managers and the customer.

• Creation of Test Scripts / Matrixes from Business Requirements and Specifications this then lead to the execution of test scripts and defect testing.• Defect tracking is key at CDL as both their applications are continually improved with projects and enhancements. This involved the raising, tracking and retesting of defects using defect tracking tools such as HP Quality Centre, QSM (Quality Management System) and Bugzilla• Carried out a range of testing using both a Citrix and Logicalis mainframe environment. Responsible for carrying out Functional Testing, Regression Testing, End to End Testing and Release Testing.• The Agile/Atern methodology included getting involved in the project from the foundation stage and working in time boxes, where small increments of work are analysed, requirements are developed and test scripts are created throughout.
