This includes the data/voice network, data center, classroom audio-visual, TelePresence classrooms, video-conferencing, collaboration and on-line social network tools, administrative systems, learning management system, security system, communication tools (email, calendar, blogs, wikis, etc), research computing systems, data storage, data security, and end-user support for campus faculty, researchers, staff and students. Furthermore, to maximize the interoperability of the environments for the benefit of the students and faculty.

Business Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the continued standardization of processes from our Sydney-based operation to our facility in Malaysia. This includes on-going direct management and accountability for the Services Delivery Team. Reports to the Regional CIO.. There is a strong emphasis on relationship, project and financial management. The incumbent retains management responsibility for the Service Delivery function. In addition, play a key role in the establishment of Global Shared Services operations for Asia Pacific. acting as the locally based manager, driving recruitment, facilities, training and migration into the new center in conjunction with various regional managers within Shared Services. This includes working with the General Manager Production, Regional Operations Manager and Senior HR Consultant as part of the Shared Services Malaysia Operational Management Team.

Areas of responsibility for various environments include: business applications deployment(CTAdvantage.com,Hcue.com etc), release management, production support and implementation of procedures and tools (Software Development Life Cycle SDLC and Capability Maturity Model Integration CMMI level II) to facilitate web services deployment; provide application troubleshoot and problem resolution and support of application escalation; system tuning and analysis for optimum performance and stability, eCommerce systems instrumentation and control, problem analysis and troubleshooting; third party technology integration in support of business products and assistance with web services integration initiatives. Work closely with the Software Engineering, QA, Operations and Infrastructure groups to effectively design and implement an efficient And secure Web application infrastructure; work to develop configuration management and process automation tools; help integrate Third-party technologies in support of business products and applications; track technical requirements; perform product evaluation and testing, capacity and performance analysis, server installation and maintenance. Provide engineering expertise and support as it pertains to Internet-Related issues and applications; also, work with Development and Support staff to define special Internet requirements regarding access And resource controls, customize the environment to meet specific Development requirements, provide technical expertise and assistance on all Internet-related design issues or problems, and assist in the Design of Internet applications as they apply to product, development, and test systems.
