PM within the Readiness Directorate, Current Readiness Division, at the Navy Information Forces (NAVIFOR) - N81 - Programs (SSP: 36A1) located on the Department of Defense Suffolk Complex in Suffolk, VA. Responsible:• Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station (NCTAMS)/Naval Computers and Telecommunications Station (NCTS) Mission Operations Program Manager (PM): As PM, responsible for programmatics of all ship to shore, shore to ship and shore to shore C4ISR, providing the operational support construct both Navy and Joint forward deployed warfighters inclusive of services and people that support the communications and networks unique architecture ashore at Navy Communications Sites worldwide. Responsible for the personnel, financial management/integrity, training, information assurance and physical security, safety, facilities repairs, projects and planning, contract administration, financial and supply management and command staff. • Examination of readiness data from units administratively assigned subordinate commands to determine operational readiness of networks, cryptologic/SIGINT, METOC, INTEL and information operation activities, while developing trend analysis.• Utilization of the Defense Readiness Reporting System-Navy (DRRS-N) and other reporting tools to conduct various types of analyses and prepare/present oral and written briefings on unit status trends and readiness areas of interest.• Identification and analyses of trends to resolve conventional and operational problems that occur from the assessment of monthly reports or problems that are identified during inspections and staff visits.• Coordination and interaction with subordinate commands and deploying Fleet units and their technical specialist to resolve and/or make recommendations related to readiness issues.

TOL of the cross-domain planners guide (CDPG) team to provide future and current planners with key information and approaches to integrate each domain’s capabilities in an efficient and effective manner to achieve the Joint Force Commander (JFC) objective and intent. Though not authoritative, the guidance within the CDPG is relevant to the planning activities of the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, sub-unified commands, joint task forces, subordinate components of these commands, the Services, and Department of Defense (DOD agencies in support of joint operations.The CDPG resulted from a tasking from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and is intended to operationalize cross-domain synergy as described in the Joint Operational Access Concept (JOAC). Although this CDPG does not necessarily describe a position of consensus across the Joint Force, it was grounded in an extensive research effort, including an extensive literature review and over one-hundred interviews of Combatant Command staff officers and Services’ academic faculty.
