Built an OC12 SONET ring network to facilitate the merger of Chrysler & Daimeler/Mercedes Benz replacing a DS3 the design significantly increasing data transfer. Project managed the construction of 18 networks centers which included the project outline, budget, risk management, and project approval. Once approved and budgeted I built the project team, hired the heavy construction contractors and the cable installation crew. This installation included building the T.I.
