• Direct responsibility for managing the Booking Managers, Learn to Swim Officer and Programme Coordinator.• Lead the provision of programmes across Active Stirling as well as developing existing and new programmes and products.• Review and develop programmes including events, bookings, commercial holiday programme, Learn to Swim Programme and other Sports programmes such as Gymnastics and Early Years.• Work in partnership and collaboration with a wide variety of agencies positively contributing towards the ambition of Stirling being THE destination for sport, physical activity and wellbeing services in the area.• Create strong partnerships with new and existing stakeholders to drive income and integrate contract requirements with business operations.• Report to Senior Leadership Team monthly sales ,retention reports and class occupancy ensuring that Active Stirling Programmes are delivering to agreed KPI’s meeting mutually agreed objectives and deadlines.
