INDOOR SUSTAINABLE FARMINGWe grow produce in any climate, and unlike field grown crops, the pricing and quality are unaffected by weather extremes.• We produce 10-12 crops a year depending upon the specific crop and we're able to produce a new product at a customer's request in 40 days.• Our crop production in a 20,000 sq ft. growth center is 10 times more than a greenhouse and 100 times more than field-grown crops on a square footage basis.• Our system is unmatched in environmental attributes. We use no pesticides or herbicides, only organic fertilizer -we seed in a peat puck so no soil contamination - we recycle 95% plus of the water we use and have no impact on the aquifer - on average we use less than 2000 gallons of water a month to produce 750,000 lbs of crops annually - all crops have been pre-certified organic -and typically we reduce the Co2 footprint by 80% plus versus field-grown crops.• We control the plant's environment from seed to shipping. The products are free from insects, E. coli, Salmonella & pathogens so food safety concerns are dramatically reduced as are food allergy issues.• Because we control all aspects of the growth environment, heat-light-humidity and Co2, we produce a superior tasting and longer shelf life product.
