Provided Outside Vendor Support for the A320Neo, 787, A350XWB-900 and A350XWB-1000 programs at Goodrich/UTC. Stationed at GKN Aerospace El Cajon, Ca.Coordinate and implement process controls to achieve Supplier Operations Support (SOS) Team goals through onsite support of products, defect identification, reduction of recurring defects, coordination of tooling updates and modifications, and process controls to better identify and understand production issues and bottlenecks

Provided consulting for clients on various projects including startups creating new processes and materials for space programs, tooling and fabrication for conversion of passenger aircraft to freighter use, etc. Created small computer networks for several clients.

A charity event where motorcyclists take brain tumor patients on a police escorted ride though the countryside and raise money for research and treatment programs working to find the cause and a cure for Pediatric Brain Tumors. It's always the 3rd Sun in Sept, so be there this year!

Provide Change Board Support for the A350 program at Goodrich/UTC. Coordinate engineering changes with internal and external procurement teams and supply side personnel, producing SOW’s, ROM quote data packages, and change proposals to outside vendors and tooling shops. I also supported the UTC Toulouse manufacturing center for Fan Cowl, Thrust Reverser, and Nacelle assembly by coordinated weekly meetings for upcoming engineering changes, including vendor support of hardware and materials. Created and maintained the Out of Sequence Work (OSW) for Toulouse in house and at Airbus final assembly line and flight test. I also provided shop floor line support for Beam assembly and Fan Cowl production

Senior M.E. supporting MD11 detail and assembly fabrication. Provided ME Support for Teledyne Ryan Maquiladora in Tijuana, handled manifests and tool transfers, hardware implementation, mechanic training, interfacing with Douglas as customer support and MRB reconcilliation of non-conforming hardware.
