Currently delivering Mental health and Wellbeing, Behaviour management and except for first aid, all mandatory training subjects on Microsoft Teams. Professional background is fire service, managing operational and fire safety personnel across two fire stations within Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service. My responsibilities included undertaking staff personal development reviews, producing and delivering training themes including, first aid, manual handling, working at heights and fire safety. Alongside my management role, I was an elected Fire Brigade union representative with responsibility for organisational policy on health and safety on behalf of the organisation’s fire fighters and officersLeaving the fire service I am the co-founder and associate trainer of Safe Schools/Carnegie training services.
