I have 38 years of experience working in Financial Services: 10 years in life assurance and 28 years in asset management, with all of the latter serving on my firm's leadership group (reporting to CEO).I have been based in London, Edinburgh and Philadelphia initially in global Distribution and Product roles and latterly as Regional Head/CEO (USA, then EMEA).I have acted as CEO for substantive regulated (asset management) businesses in UK, Europe and USA (regulators FCA, CSSF, SEC) and overseen both significant business expansion and substantive consolidation programmes, having been involved in a senior capacity in multiple corporate mergers.
