As well as this I play an important supporting role in managing Molson Coors Nationally through driving Connectivity, leading telesales drives and brochure features. Coaching and mentoring colleagues also plays a vital part in the success of this role in developing the wider field sales team.

On Trade field sales role responsible for the growth of the full Diageo portfolio within central Scotland managing over 250 customers. I grew distribution, Rate of sale and share of category across beer and spirits through strong customer relationships, networking and understanding customer needs.

This was a technical based role within the Guinness Quality team where I was responsible for all aspects of Diageo draught dispense within my territory with the outcome to ensure we delivered greater distribution and higher rate of sale by ensuring every consumer enjoyed the perfect pint every time.

This was a Brand Development role within key accounts in Scotland. The role involved brand sampling, managing ROS through outlet activity and visibility. It was also crucial to build strong relationships with customers and consumers. This role was a 6 month secondment.

Working as a dispense Technician Contractor for all major UK brewers and National Pub groups. Role was hands on technical and involved all aspects of installation and maintenance of draught dispense systems.
