Drawing from my expertise and experience to direct the day-to-day construction and development operations of an international development organization specializing in integrated resort destinations including resorts, golf courses, casinos and residential across 165Ha+ of land on 2.2km of beach in Ho Tram Southern Vietnam ensuring alignment of project execution with established objectives. Provide executive level leadership across all phases of project. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in project design, finance, development, and construction.My highlighted contributions and projects in this role include: Effectively led the execution of the master plan supporting The Bluffs championship golf course designed by Greg Norman. Currently overseeing the development of a second tower at The Grand consisting of 559 rooms and an IR total of 1.1K rooms. Spearheading the development of 262 Key Condominium/Villa vacation resort development operated by Wyndham (RAMADA) as well as high-end villas on the Bluffs golf course. Strategically designing and developing The Beach Club consisting of various restaurants, cinemas, and a PAX indoor/outdoor auditorium with a 2K seating capacity. Executed master planning of a $4B development project adding 7.6K hotel rooms, a second casino, theme park, conference facilities, MICE, and an FBO with a capacity of handling 737 and A320 families of aircraft. .
