Gary L. Mason is an accomplished Senior Executive, Advisor, and former attorney. He has an extensive background in business planning and restructuring, financial analysis and cash flow planning, global operations, and contract negotiations. With over 30 years of experience across numerous industries, including but not limited to providing legal services to mid-size to large businesses across the country, Gary is currently the Director of Operations and Chief Operating Officer for Ashling Development, LLC, a real estate development firm, Green Field Builders Group, LLC, a construction management company, and Crann Integrated Solutions, LLC., a building management solutions company with world-wide operations in New York, New Jersey, Ireland, England and most recently Dubai. In his capacity as COO, Gary is responsible for, among other things, day-to-day operations, human resources, infrastructure, business counseling, financial viability, and long-range planning.Before joining Ashling Development, LLC, Green Field Builders Group, LLC, and Crann Integrated Solutions, LLC, Gary was the managing attorney for Garland & Mason L.L.C., a fast-paced law firm, where he was responsible for overseeing the firm's 's day-to-day operations and supervised 12 attorneys and staff. After 30 years of practicing law, and rendering valuable business services to his clients, Gary embarked on a new chapter and joined a long-time client in a high-level operational role.Along with his executive career, Gary has served on and/or been a member of the National Business Association, National Small Business Association Society of Human Resource Management, American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and Monmouth County Bar Association. He also spends time volunteering for Comfort Zone Camp, a children's bereavement camp, the New Jersey Youth Soccer Association, United States Soccer Federation, and Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey. As an exemplary leader, while a practicing attorney, Gary was previously featured in the New Jersey SuperLawyerTM, a peer-recognized award received by only 5% of New Jersey's 85,000+ attorneys. He also received recognition from the Madison Who's Who Among Executives and Professionals United Who's Who Among Executives and Professionals. Gary graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor from New England Law and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business. He also received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from Dickinson College.
