Hired by Deputy President of Gruntal to join him @ ING to build a Prime Brokerage Clearing function. Hired over 350 Staff in first two years. Retained by ING to coordinate the merger with ABN AMRO for the Prime Brokerage Division. I joined ABN as Director HR for Finance NY. Shortly after merger was completed ABN AMRO eliminated the majority of the front office equity sales and trading staff as a result I was offered a greatly enhanced severance package which I accepted. ABN eventually closed all of the front office divisions and all HR staff were all made redundant.

Head of all University Relations and Recruitment,Appointed by Fred Joseph CEO to establish a unified recruitment effort with over 100 Universities. Programs recruited for included Retail Sales, Fixed Income, Corporate Bonds,Equity, Finance, IT, Operations, Interviewed over 1000 students per semester hiring close to 250 for various training programs.

Hired as a staff IT recruiter in 1981. Youngest staff member in HR to be named a Corporate Officer. Progressed to SVP -HR Head of University Relations reporting direct to Fred Joseph CEO. Retained by President to stay on for one year after firm closed in February 1990 to run internal outplacement center for Senior Executives. Created the function from ground up aimed to help all staff with resume creation interview networking programs, coaching and development . Skill taught focused on interviewing skills, self promotion and networking. With all the firms assets frozen we had zero budget for severance or outplacement services for staff at all levels. I worked closely with the Heads of HR at Smith Barney, DLJ, Paine Webber to place as many staff as possible.
