I am extremely confident that the skills that I have developed in multiple roles with Barclays can be transferred successfully to a new role. CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERYI have 15+ years’ experience in Change Management which has seen me develop skills and knowledge in data analysis and presenting to senior audiences, as well as project management disciplines and implementation of strategic change initiatives. I thrive upon the responsibility of being the conscience of the business, and collaborating with projects and the business to ensure that all deliverables are fit for purpose and meet the end user requirements. I have significant experience of leading teams through change, from developing and facilitating workshops, to communicating, training, and preparing colleagues for upcoming change.
