    Mission Coordinator Qualifications and Limitations: The Mission Coordinator will be the senior “go-to-person” in a course or section that is solely focused on mission accomplishment. The Mission Coordinator will execute only those roles and responsibilities as validated in the HT-JCOE primary statement of work (PWS) HTASC contract. The Mission Coordinator will not conduct inherently governmental functions requiring decisions related to students (final course evaluations, course failure documentation or verification of official government documents) or the obligation of resources, materials or funds. Roles and Responsibilities: The Mission Coordinator will serve as the direct interface with the supported course or section and staff. In doing so, they will understand the course or section mission requirements from the government representative and establish contractor support within training schedules and the duty day for each mission requirement. Coordination/communication is key to ensure all government mission requirements are successfully supported by qualified contractor personnel. The Mission Coordinator will schedule suspense's with contract employees, considering any upcoming planned employee absences, and receive interim reports on work status for those mission requirements. Depending on guidance from the government representative for each course or section, the Mission Coordinator may also conduct the following: monitor and report on the daily status report (DSR) for the assigned contractors and any students if a course is in session; conduct/participate/attend post course cadre after action reviews and report the results to the government representative; coordinate with the government representative on scenario development requirements, support and tasks; coordinate as needed with the government representative on all assigned tasks, requirements, and their status IAW the HT-JCOE PWS.
