I have spent the last 14 years fulfilling Senior Leadership roles in challenging, transformative situations.I have a degree in Industrial Relations, a diploma in Biblical and Theological Studies and an active interest in organic church principles.I am currently working on Master's Research exploring modern board games as table fellowship and their social, emotional and cognitive benefits for secondary aged young people.

Within 3 years of introduction A level Philosophy and Ethics was attracting 30+ students. I was promoted from this role to Director of College.
