Duties includeSingle point of contact for Children’s services for performance info and supplied data.Lead on performance analysisDesign and develop performance info and methodsHerefordshire Children’s Services had a fairly mature Power Business Intelligence (PBI) system of info provision focussed mainly on historical data, giving them a broad perf monitoring system. I have redesigned this system into an ACTIVE management system of current events allowing them to properly manage ‘todays’ events and priorities.This has delivered a true perf management system that now enables managers to act on current events and directly improve performance.In addition I have improved the use, style, function, content and navigation of the PBI system. I am currently exploring the future methods of using pbi info removing the need of exports to pdfs and printouts.
