Having spent most of my teens and early twentys in homes, young offenders centres and prison in northern ireland and london. life had to be learned anew. over the past 25 years i have had to rebuild my spiritual, mental and emotional state which included rehab, consellors and support from trained professionals.having appeared on bbc2 on a programme called the moastery this lead to me releasing a book on my troubled past life. i have travelled far and wide sharing to bring hope and inspiration to others.If you would like to hear my story or would like advice contact me on garymccormick1968@gmail.com.
