Responsible for multiple weld areas, The cab weld area is where we fully weld our cabs together from start to finish. Heavy weld where we weld steel parts like torque boxes and chassis components. Component welders that weld together our many different parts that go on our apparatuses. A machine shop that handle manufacturing our many special components.

Responsible to lead final, pump house, commercial cab and custom Cab fabrication kitting groups, I also coordinate de-burring and weld of the kitted parts for the production plants per the master schedule. I also lead the inventory control team in the productions plants and responsible for material movements from building to building. I’ve recently taken over leadership of the parts weld areas, machine shop and saw process. I’ve since been apart of some positive changes to our processes in the weld area.

Responsible for getting product in house for a variety of different areas. Propane trucks, home delivery trucks, cab line and final line. This included coordinating with my group to get parts in place when they were needed. Tracked inventory, conducted cycle counts and audits and resolved issues to help maintain accurate records.I worked with purchasing to expedite parts that were not in, in time. I've had to work with vendors many times and for many issues. We recently started pre-kitting parts on the cab line to have product ready and available before the cab comes on line in an effort to help boost production. Responsible for making sure we are following ISO procedures and involved with the lean program.
