Implementing the $1.1 billion plan to finance, construct and renovate the Baltimore City Public school sytem building infrastucture, approved by the 2013 Maryland legislature. Overall responsiblity for all aspects and success of the program.Managed over a billion dollars of projects including some of the most complex economic development and sports related projects in the state of Maryland. These include Ripken Stadium, the Ocean City Convention Center expansion, the Montgomery County Conference Center and Hotel and the Coppin State Physical Education Complex. Currently overseeing three project managers who are working on renovations to Oriole Park, Energy upgrades to our complex and a second expansion of the convention center in Ocean City. Provided consulting services during the negotiation of the $1.5 billion P3 State Center initiative.Currently manage all of the Stadium Authority's feasibility studies including the Baltimore Arena and Convention Center expansion, DC United stadium, Maryland Horse Park, Showplace Arena and Perdue Stadium in Salisbury.
