I am employed as Project Surveyor with responsibility for the facilities services contract tenders and industrial projects within the company including pricing, work specifications, health and safety documentation and logistical reports. I work closely with clients to ascertain their service requirements and agree on a proposal which suits their needs. I then prepare reports for the sales and operations departments to ensure that the required project information and health and safety documentation is in place for the projects and that the agreed work specifications and resources needed are clear.

I was employed as Operations Manager with overall responsibility for the group facilities services that we provide to our clients. The services include contract cleaning, industrial cleaning, security, landscaping and pest control and delivery services amongst others.

I was employed as Housing Manager of the staff accommodation on the Ashford Castle estate. The role included Property Management, Facilities Management, Supply Chain Management, Auditing and Health and Safety.

I was employed as a Contract Manager for Allpro Services a cleaning and Facilities Services company. I managed a large number of cleaning contracts and industrial after build cleaning contracts.

I worked as a Maintenance Operative working on residential and commercial properties.
