Following the buy out of Saint-Gobain's Building Distribution division from STARK group which was completed in February 2023, I was transferred (TUPE) over into the same role.I currently lead a ERP service delivery team of ten, consisting of eight application support analysts and two senior application support analysts, taking accountability for provision of our financial and trading systems, ensuring that any disruption to service is minimised.My responsibilities include day to day operational support of financial and trading systems utilising the ITIL framework, resource management, major incident management and support. Working on a project with our client in the document control department I worked with a high knowledge on all Engineering & Supplier documentation from creation through to close out and handover.My main tasks were controlling and inputting of engineering and supplier documentation into our Content Management System (Documentum), expediting suppliers on outstanding documentation, running status report for engineers and management when requested, assisting with project filing, dealing on a regular basic with customers and clients with a variety of requests, such as training, and the administration of user, securities and groups within Documentum. Also when requested I help out with making sure all procedures/processes/templates for our project are up-to-date.After a short 9 months I was awarded a MVP (Maximising Value-added Performance) award on the contract for recognition of my effort, dedication and hard word from the current UK Managing Director.
