I started working for Dnata in 2014, as a Ramp agent in Terminal 4. In November 2022 I became a Team Supervisor. My main duties are making sure all luggage was loaded correctly following correct loading procedures into the correct containers and the all containers were sent out safely and on time to the aircraft also including other ad hoc duties. Before that I spent 12 years working for a clothing company. During this time I have held three positions within the company. The most current role was as stock control coordinator in the logistics department, in this position I maintain control of all incoming stock for wholesale using PDM software and retail using RMIS system. I also dealt with e-commerce issues and maintaining photo shoot stock for the web site.I’m creative and highly motivated individual, calm under pressure with an excellent work ethic, and comfortable with following direction or working independently. I have the ability multitask, to meet tight deadlines. I’m confident, enthusiastic and have good communication skills, I find it easy to communicate with different levels of people wither it be customers, colleagues or management. A good team player, always happy and willing to work in a team to achieve the goals set. I’m flexible when it come to my time and being able to adapter to different situations.Over the past 25 years I have learnt numerous fundamental skills working in different industries, which I will take forward with me in to my career. I look forward to my future; facing new challenges, enabling me to utilise the skills & knowledge I have developed over the years.
